With over 40 years of experience in dealership fixed operations management, facilities and equipment planning and maintenance, Domenick brings deep expertise and leadership to support our dealer clients across the country and is here to help with all your auto service center equipment and planning needs. From his early days in Florida to his most recent leadership role in National Facilities and Equipment Management, Domenick has built a distinguished career leading automotive service departments, managing all facets of facility maintenance and all scale of equipment procurement for one of the nation’s most respected dealership groups, Asbury automotive group.
Over the span of three decades, he has held virtually every fixed operations leadership position, from Service & Parts Director for top-performing Lexus, to Platform Service Director for the Nalley dealership network, and ultimately a Regional Fixed Operations Director for Asbury Automotive Group. Away from Autotality, Domenick spends time with his wife and their two dogs, embracing a lifestyle centered on family and the outdoors. They enjoy traveling, music, cooking and growing their own vegetables.
When he’s not helping clients transform their automotive service departments, you’ll often find him tinkering on a car or working in his woodshop, hobbies that reflect a lifelong love of craftsmanship and creation.
