Over the past month, she has taken the lead on customer outreach for A/R collections, successfully recovering several unpaid and at-risk invoices. Her proactive efforts have made a significant impact on our financial operations.
In addition to her collections work, Maylenn has taken ownership of Hunter order processing, is managing daily cash applications, and is preparing to support Collision lead entry and sales operations. Her ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency is truly impressive.
