Since joining us, Michelle has consistently delivered outstanding operational management and has gone above and beyond in so many ways. Her impact has been immediate and lasting, and I believe she is more than deserving of the Championship Belt and she is “Driven to Shine”!

- Took on the massive task of physically cleaning and restoring our facility.
- Organized the warehouse to increase efficiency and improve inventory accuracy.
- Corrected inventory through self-initiated counts and has maintained accuracy all year.
- Established internal systems and procedures to ensure accurate, efficient workflows.
- Streamlined the Florida ordering process to eliminate shortages and overstock.
- Allowed upper management to step back from daily oversight by earning trust through quality work and results.
- From day one, brought a positive, confident, and proactive attitude – inspiring confidence that Florida operations would thrive.
