Autotality in Action: Supporting Solidarity Sandy Springs Food Pantry

At Autotality, we know the importance of giving back to the community. Last week, our Finance and HR team spent time volunteering at Solidarity Sandy Springs, a local food pantry dedicated to fighting food insecurity in our community.

About Solidarity Sandy Springs

Solidarity Sandy Springs was founded in March 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, to address urgent food needs for local families. What began as a grassroots, neighbor-to-neighbor effort quickly grew into a robust, volunteer-run nonprofit.

Today, the pantry serves hundreds of families each week with dignity, choice, and compassion. Unlike traditional pre-packed food boxes, Solidarity Sandy Springs offers a market-style experience where guests can shop for the items their families need most.

During our volunteer shift, our team worked side by side with the incredible Solidarity staff and volunteers to:

  • Sort incoming donations
  • Stock and organize shelves
  • Assist with the market setup
  • Help ensure the pantry was ready to welcome families later in the day

It was both a humbling and rewarding experience. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to give back in a hands-on way, and for the chance to support an organization that treats every guest with empathy, respect, and genuine care.

We’re proud of our Finance and HR team for embodying our company’s values of service and community engagement. Thank you to Solidarity Sandy Springs for the warm welcome and for the incredible, ongoing work you do every day.
