Job Summary

Autotality is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse operations, optimize inventory management, and ensure timely distribution of equipment and supplies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently while leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping equipment and supplies.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, track inventory movement, and prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and service teams to align inventory with business needs.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of all warehouse items.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) and reporting tools to track inventory performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and software.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and operate warehouse machinery (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
